Abstract:

This mini-workshop presentation will be an introduction to E-mail Marketing. It explores industry statistics and benchmarks relating to consumer behaviour on the Internet. Then it turns to consumer behavior with regard to e-mail marketing, such as what consumers react to and why and specifics on how to develop effective e-mail marketing campaigns. Finally it examines the benefits of E-mail marketing, including how it stacks up relative to other types of marketing efforts.
