Collections and DAM Systems Administrator |
DESCRIPTION | Reporting to the Director, Digital Management Systems, the Collections and DAM Systems Administrator provides technical expertise, day-to-day administration, and broad support for software solutions and standards used within the Digital Management Services (DMS) platform. The platform is an integrated system of services managing the Academy’s collections catalog, digital assets, preservation workflows, and online access to the collections of the Academy Margaret Herrick Library, Film Archive and Museum of Motion Pictures. Systems supported include Axiell Collections, Arena, OpenText Media Management and LibGuides. Using your strong attention to detail and efficiency, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, complex data updates, system configurations using vendor-specific application development tools, creating and modifying workflow scripts, creating and running indexes, creating custom reports and outputs, and testing of new deployments.
