Digitization Coordinator at Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum

The National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the museum’s database administrator and digitization coordinator.  Duties will include managing the museum’s TMS database, including providing staff training and technical support; creating forms and reports to support curatorial, collections management and other museum functions utilizing tools like Crystal Reports; working on data clean-up and the enhancement of existing data standards utilizing SQL and MS Access;  assisting with the coordination of the museum’s digitization efforts across numerous departments; and helping to deliver high-quality content to museum staff and visitors.  All applications must be submitted electronically through USAJobs by April 7, 2014.
