Interactive Producer Position at Trivium Interactive
Trivium is looking for an Interactive Producer (Project Manager) to join our expanding team. We specialize in developing experiences using emerging technologies that have not been done before. Our PMs need to be comfortable working with our internal production team and managing and communicating with a wide range of clients. This is a challenging and dynamic position with real opportunities for growth, as we are a rapidly growing company. We work with museums, visitor centers, and corporations to tell stories through interactive exhibit experiences.
The successful PM will have experience managing and scheduling software development and media production work. The PM will track and manage asset approval and delivery to an interactive development team. Client management skills and scheduling skills are a must, 3+ years of experience required. Position will be based out of Boston.
Job requirements:
–Familiarity with Agile software development, Jira and scrum
–Solid organizational and planning skills
–Proficient in maintaining budgets and schedules
–Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
–Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
–Experience and proficiency handling client contact for all project-level communications
–Proven success communicating clear expectations of scope to clients.
–Experience managing hardware
–Experience implementing change orders to clients’ if/as/or when they exceed scope.
–Exceptional skills balancing client expectations with internal workflow
–Ability to accurately track and report project status to client and internal team
–Ability to be a team player and get along with co-workers
–Familiarity with quick turnaround and app development projects
–Experience in exhibit design within the museum industry preferred
–Experience pitching to clients or presenting to large groups of people is a plus
–Flexibility to travel for installations is a must
