The Phillips Collection is seeking a Manager of K12 Digital & Educator Initiatives who will manage and coordinate the museum’s K-12 educator initiatives by strategically innovating and implementing digital programs and resources for K-12 audiences. This position will collaborate with the K-12 team to design and implement a robust and innovative K-12 portfolio of programs; manage all aspects of teacher programs; and contribute to ongoing museum-wide digital initiatives among other things.  Must have an M.A. in Education, Museum Education, Digital Engagement or a related field or commensurate experience.  Possess a broad knowledge of Arts Integration, modern art, K-12 learning theory, and museum practices.  If you have a demonstrated capacity for strategic and innovative thinking, and are skilled in new technologies for K-12 education and museums, including website management (CMS) and social media, please review the full position description and apply online at https://workforcenow.adp.com/mdf/recruitment/recruitment.html?cid=f8ae008f-99ab-4241-be9d-f3450d619f5a&ccId=19000101_000001&type=MP&lang=en_US
