The Membership Operations Lead is a core member of the California Academy of Sciences’ membership team responsible for the program’s data integrity and the smooth running of its day-to-day operations. This person also acts as the hub for all member-related technical troubleshooting for the Tessitura database systems and assists with the development of various Membership management reporting. The Membership Operations Lead serves as the Tessitura expert and functional lead on behalf of the membership team and serves as a key stakeholder on cross-organizational projects. They are responsible for program management of the Annual Membership Subscription Plan and Autorenewal payment options. This position reports to the Director of Membership and directly contributes to meeting the Membership program’s annual revenue goal of up to $9M+.
