SFMOMA has just posted a new position, Visitor Insights Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, it’s the first time we’ll have a full-time audience researcher on staff and represents an important step forward. The initial emphasis will be on quantitative data analysis for business needs, including meshing data from the Tessitura CRM, Web and App. The qualified candidate will also serve as a strategic resource for other evaluative efforts as we seek to better understand and serve our audience in the new, expanded museum.
