Research Analyst

Audience Viewpoints Consulting, a DC-based informal learning evaluation and research firm is seeking a full-time Research Analyst to add to our team.  Our work focuses on the fields of informal learning and cultural heritage. We work with a wide variety of institutions including art museums, natural history museums, historical societies, large science centers, small nature centers, universities, amateur clubs, organizations, web-based citizen science groups, online game developers, and more.

We are seeking individuals with a graduate degree in a relevant discipline such as evaluation, education, psychology, sociology, museum studies, museum education, leisure studies, museum studies, anthropology, measurement and statistics. Successful candidates will have excellent written and oral communication skills; have fluency with SPSS statistics software, have experience in working collaboratively on project teams; be able to simultaneously work on a variety of projects; have some experience in evaluation and assessment or related research efforts. Candidates who are bilingual, have strong statistical background or experience, or are proficient in graphic design or data visualization will be given special consideration.
