The Phillips is currently seeking a Security Operations Manager to join our team.  The Security Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of safety and security for The Phillips Collection including personnel and staffing, equipment and systems, in order to maintain and enhance the safety of staff and visitors, the building, and artworks.

Safeguards the museum’s collections of art objects through management of the protection system for controlled access. Manages the Museum Security Staff and responsible for the Emergency/ Disaster Recovery Plan. The ideal candidate is an experienced security professional with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills.
