The Social Media and Online Content Strategist plays a key role on Shedd Aquarium’s marketing team to expand Shedd’s online footprint and build affinity with guests, fans, members learners, and followers. Through online storytelling strategies, this role helps keep Shedd top-of-mind nationally and locally as a world-class cultural brand and will play a key role in measuring our progress online.
