Alethea Rockwell

Alethea Rockwell works in Adult and Academic Programs at the Museum of Modern Art. There, she organizes participatory projects with artists including Amanda Williams, Chemi Rosado-Seijo, Salome Asega, and Michael Rakowitz. She is also a lead educator for the Museum's first permanent educational space, the Creativity Lab. Alethea previously held positions in curatorial departments at Tate Modern and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, where she contributed to the catalogue David Lynch: The Unified Field and curated the exhibition "Something Clicked in Philly:" David Lynch and His Contemporaries. Alethea has an M.A. from the Courtauld Institute of Art, where she co-curated and wrote for the exhibition The Second Hand: Reworked Art Over Time.
