Amalia Hordern


Amalia Hordern recently joined Tessitura Network Enterprise Consulting, a role which sees her work with a broad range of arts organisation to develop strategies aimed at driving constituent engagement and increasing revenue. With 15 years experience in arts administration and management, Amalia has held diverse roles across small and large scale arts organisations, venues and festivals.

As The Australian Ballet’s Senior Manager - Customer Experience, Amalia provided leadership for a team of CRM, Customer Service, Ticketing and Marketing professionals to realise both commercial and audience goals through robust CRM strategy implementation, constituent segmentation and pricing strategies. Prior to joining the Tessitura Network, Amalia provided independent project management, CRM and marketing consultation to organisations including Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Bangarra Dance Theatre, The Australian Ballet and L2 Interactive.
Amalia holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University and Masters of Arts and Cultural Management from the University of South Australia.
