He has been involved in many national and European projects dealing with multimedia application for security, television and cultural heritage. He has published more than 100 papers appeared in international journals and conference proceedings.
Development of SmartArt idea winner of the European Competition 2013 @ diversity, to promote culture and learning in museums and art galleries, based on ICT innovative technology. The idea has been recognized as innovative and original idea for the cultural industry within the European Competition in the EU "Make Culture". 263 ideas submitted from all over Europe, a jury of international experts nominated 50 projects and chose the 12 winning ideas.
