Matisse Museum

Elsa Urtizverea studied Art History at the University Panthéon-Sorbonne. Specializing in the issues of art exhibition she worked several years at the Centre Pompidou as an assistant curator for the Modern and Contemporary Art Collections. She participated to the recent exhibitions devoted to Lucian Freud and Henri Matisse. After an experience in the Cultural Department of the Unesco, she joined the Matisse Museum, where she is currently responsible for coordinating exhibitions and publications.
