Loic Tallon is Senior Mobile Manager at the Met, where he is responsible for leading mobile provisions, developing strategies and methodologies for delivering products that position the institution as being an industry innovator in the mobile interpretation field.
Prior to joining the Met in September 2013, Loic was director Pocket-Proof, an independent strategy and design consultancy specialised in mobile. His role was in helping cultural institutions think strategically about the opportunities presented by mobile technologies. Clients included the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Boston Museum of Fine Art, Whitney Museum of American Art, National Gallery UK, Imperial War Museum, National Museum of Scotland, National Museum of Qatar and the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
Outside of this, Loic runs the biannual Museums & Mobile Online Conference, and is a long-distance cycling enthusiast!
