Since 1999 in Dante Alighieri Society, the non-profit organization founded in 1889 with the intent of promoting Italian language and Italian culture in the world.rnI’ve been working on the Progetto Lingua Italiana Dante Alighieri (PLIDA) concerning italian language assessment and then I became main responsible for the project of a museum of the Italian language. I am co-author of the exhibitions on the Italian language Dove il sì suona (Florence, Uffizi Gallery, 2003) and La dolce lingua (Zurich, National Museum, 2005). I edited the exhibition Una di lingua (Florence, Biblioteca delle Oblate, 2011) and its catalogue (La lingua italiana negli anni dell’Unità d’Italia, Milano, Silvana Editrice, 2011). I am author of L’italiano illustrato, the sixth and concluding volume of the series Storia della lingua italiana per immagini (Città di Castello, Edimond, 2012).rnI attended courses at the University of L’Aquila from 2002 to 2006 and since 2007 at the Unint - University of International Studies in Rome (Lingua italiana and Redazione e revisione in lingua italiana).rnI was involved in training courses for teachers of Italian as L1 and L2, assessment of language skills and promotion of the Italian language in conferences and seminars held in Italy and abroad and on radio and television programs. I now coordinate the expert group of Le parole di Community for Community, the daily television program about Italians abroad broadcasted by RaiWorld.rn
