Sarah Frost is a graduate student in the Computational Media department at the University of California, Santa Cruz and a member of the Creative Coding lab. Her research interests include the use of new media in museums and the use of data visualization in social science research. Before beginning her graduate work, she worked for the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C. as the project manager for the museum’s Google Cultural Institute account. She worked with curators and Googlers to create new content and designed social media content for the museum. She also worked for an Ed-Tech start-up doing quality assurance testing and website development. She is passionate about creating responsive, intuitive technological projects. She is a proponent of using technology for arts and humanities -based projects. Her work can be viewed at sarahfrost.org.
