Allison Fippinger is a 20-year Arts & Culture veteran with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). She started her career at Carnegie Hall and the New York Philharmonic before moving to consulting. Allison has worked with 30+ clients in the non-profit sector, most recently completing a web redesign, CRM upgrade and DAM/CMS replacement at Boston Ballet and a CRM implementation to replace fundraising and ticketing systems at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
