I'm the digital content strategist at The J. Paul Getty Trust. Previously, I was an assistant professor in the Museum Studies Program at The George Washington University, where I designed the curriculum concerning digital media; before that, I managed social media at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. I'm also an independent scholar whose research focuses on audience engagement in museum practice, particularly in terms of communication and storytelling. I have a BA in History/Art History from UCLA and a PhD in American Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.
