Craig M. MacDonald is an associate professor in the School of Information at Pratt Institute where he also serves as director of the Center for Digital Experiences. He developed Pratt's Master of Science in Information Experience Design and User Experience (UX) advanced certificate programs. His research focuses on strengthening UX practices and improving HCI/UX education. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Studies and Human-Computer Interaction from Drexel University and an M.S. in Applied and Mathematical Statistics from Rutgers University.
