Caroline Muglia (she/her) is the Co-Associate Dean for Collections; Head, Resource Sharing and Collection Assessment at University of Southern California (USC). She is also an adjunct professor in the USC Marshall School of Business Masters in Management in Library and Information Science program. Before USC, Caroline worked at the Library of Congress and as a Data Librarian for an educational technology company both in Washington, DC. She received her Masters in Library and Information Science from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where she focused on digital archives.
