Prof Daniela Petrelli research interest is in the area of human-computer interaction applied to different contexts, at work, at home and for leisure. Her most recent work combines aspects of material culture with elements of digital media. She has published over 80 papers at peer reviewed international conferences and journals; and received 9 awards and nominations from both academia and industry. rnrnProf Petrelli coordinates the EU funded meSch project 'Material Encounters with Digital Cultural Heritage' that aims at creating tools for heritage professionals to create their smart exhibits.rnrnProf Petrelli holds a PhD in Interaction Design, an MSc in Information Science and a Diploma in Fine Arts.
