Dana Allen-Greil is the Director of Digital Strategy at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and teaches as an adjunct for the Johns Hopkins University and Tufts University graduate museum studies programs. Her past positions include: Chief of Web and Social Media at the National Archives; adjunt faculty at the Georgetown University; Senior Digital Outreach Producer at the National Gallery of Art; Account Director at Ogilvy Public Relations; Adjunct Faculty in Museum Studies at The George Washington University; Chief of Digital Outreach and Engagement at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History; and Online Communications & Publishing Coordinator at the Kaiser Family Foundation. Dana holds a B.A. in English from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and an M.A. in Museum Studies from The George Washington University.
