Emily Kotecki is the Distance Learning Educator at the North Carolina Museum of Art. She strives to deepen learning and activate the museum experience through distance learning. Emily manages and develops Flipped Museum programs as well as semester-long online courses. Emily has been published in the Journal of Museum Education and on ArtMuseumTeaching.com. Prior to her career in museum education, Emily worked as a multimedia web producer at The Washington Post. Emily holds a masters from George Washington University in Museum Education and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from American University.
