Elizabeth Starks is a Creative Technologist with the New Mexico Cultural Technology Development Lab Where she has developed digital projects for Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, Santa Fe; Bradbury Science Museum, Los Alamos; SITE Santa Fe; Acadia Historic Monument, Maine; Coronado Historic Site, Bernallio; and Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo, New Mexico. She is interested in utilizing digital collections and open data sets to create meaningful and culturally relevant exhibit interactions through mobile and web application development, design, and interactive prototyping.
Starks recently completed her Museum Studies Certificate at the Institute of American Indian Arts and is currently completing her Master of Science degree in Software-driven Systems Design at New Mexico Highlands University. Prior to pursuing further education, she was a Web and Print Designer at San Diego Natural History Museum.
