Felicia K. Ingram has a master’s in Arts Administration and Museum Leadership from Drexel University with a focus in technology and education. Her master’s thesis titled “Immersive Media in Museums and Museum Education” focused on the use of AR and VR as educational tools in museums and how these tools create an “experience” that many museum-goers are looking for. After graduating, she worked for Cortina Productions where she produced and project managed films and digital interactives for museums including The International Spy Museum and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Currently, she is the manager of interpretation at the North Carolina Museum of Art (NCMA). At the NCMA, she helps to create fun and educational interactives and experiences.
