Graham is Digital Programmes Manager at Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales where he focusses on ensuring sustainable, evidence led and audience focused digital outputs. Always seeking to define efficient content workflows and appropriate channels for a wide range of digital activities, he is a keen advocate of stats, analysis and user feedback.
Graham oversaw the successful redesign of the Museums website which has been a springboard for embedding digital skills through the museum. He has also co-ordinated the rollout and evaluation of a successful pilot of an Augmented Reality mobile application, the first of its kind in the UK.
In 2017 Graham was invited to take part on the British Councils International Museum Academy’s Transforming Future Museums training programme in Greece, engaging with numerous museums and professionals in Greece to change the way they work and increase their organisations’ impact, resilience and sustainability.
He is currently working on reporting models that help define and measure online success, drawing on a range of tools to gather evidence, test hypotheses and evaluate digital impact both for online/in-gallery audiences and internal teams.
