Kerri Young


Kerri is a Historypin Community Officer in San Francisco. She has worked on a number of projects including The Year of The Bay, and is currently working with the National Archives around their WWII work. She is responsible for building and managing community relationships in San Francisco, her hometown, helping implement and experiment with new audience participation strategies to promote dynamic and engaging programs within the cultural heritage sector. rnrnKerri discovered Historypin studying Public History in London, joined them for an internship, and has been a full member of the team since returning to the US. She has extensive experience volunteering in the museum and cultural heritage sector, from The National Trust to Historic Royal Palaces, The Oakland Museum of California to San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency.
