Before coming to Nottingham in 2005 I studied Classical Archaeology, Ancient History and Greek at Berlin, Oxford and Heidelberg. rnMy work ranges across the fields of Greek and Roman art and archaeology, with an emphasis on Greek and Roman painting, sculpture, visual narrative and the spatial appropriation of art.rnI am the Director of Nottingham's Digital Humanities Centre, which is involved in a range of teaching, research and outreach activities, including work on display ecologies and embodiment and interaction in museum contexts.
