I have a degree in Management Engineering at the University Federico II of Naples ( Italy ) , specializing in the field of technologies used for the optimization of manufacturing processes . I worked for about 8 years in a multinational company in the ICT sector , BULL SpA , as application consultant on ERP systems and later as a systems analyst for the implementation of information technology solutions for the Public Sector . Later I worked for 5 years at the Research Centre " CRMPA " at the University of Salerno in Fisciano where I participated as a researcher in several projects financed by European funds ( 6-7 Framework Program ) and National . I currently work as a researcher at the Poste Italiane S.p.A. The main research topics on which I have been involved in recent years include: Knowledge Management , Marketing Intelligence , Recommender Systems and User Profiling.
