Rich Bradway
Director of Digital Learning and Engagement
Norman Rockwell Museum

Currently I am the Director of Digital Learning and Engagement for the Norman Rockwell Museum. I am essentially in charge of all digital initiatives for the museum. We are currently developing a number of digital projects concurrently, from revamping our corporate website and online store, to implementing a new collections and digital asset management system, to developing new in-venue interactives for the museum and its various traveling exhibitions including a virtual reality (VR) experience. Previously, I worked for the Boston Symphony Orchestra as the Associate Director of eCommerce and New Media, where I grew online visitation to 7 million visits annually, and commerce to $110 million over 14 years. I created the orchestra's digital media platform and managed music sales for the orchestra's music label "BSO Classics". Additionally I developed the orchestra's online archives database and education platforms, including the BSO Online Conservatory, and BSO Classical Companion. Before that, I was the CEO and Founder of Blueplate Interactive Technologies, a small Internet marketing consulting firm whose portfolio of clients included the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a number of medium-to-large nonprofits.
