Being of Ngāti Hine/Pakeha descent has helped shape my executive leadership and global career. I’ve been at the forefront of several cultural transformations, developed strategic economic initiatives and partnerships, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and built dynamic teams – all contributing to increased fiscal and social performance. I have successfully delivered 13 cultural capital projects, over 80 programs and exhibitions, and six public commissions. These projects were delivered on time and budget, garnered numerous international honors and awards, and exceeded stakeholders’ metrics. I have extensive experience negotiating cultural initiatives with governments and corporate entities.
