Wendy's extensive digital experience encompasses strategy development, technology selection, website and software development, project and program management and team leadership. Her work history spans the government, tertiary education, private and cultural sectors, including roles as a client, supplier and consultant. In her varied career she has demonstrated the ability to develop and deliver innovative digital solutions along with the culture, governance and standards to make them stick.

In her current role at Museums Victoria Wendy has developed a Digital Technology Plan with 'Tech@Core' as the key business enabler. She is using the concept of 'employee experience' as a lens to focus on the digital workplace, digital backbone for enablement and digital decision-making.
