Group and Multi-Year Discounts
MuseWeb offers block purchases of memberships* for a discount. Each Membership requires an individual email address and log-in credentials, but we support the purchase of discounted blocks of memberships that can be used for groups from an institution or for a single membership to span multiple years.
Review the table below and decide what block size or group of blocks works best for your needs. You can purchase the blocks online and then use the coupon codes you receive to either provide your team with memberships or extend one or more memberships over a multi-year period.

MuseWeb Membership FAQs
If I can’t attend in person either because of personal reasons or reasons out of my control what are my options?
- You can apply your MW Conference registration value to a block of MW membership that can be used by you or by a group of people.
- You can transfer your onsite registration investment to a future year
- You can take a partial refund based on when you request it:

- Before February 1, less a 10% handling fee,
- Before March 1, less a 20% handling fee,
- Up to 5 days before the conference less is a 40% handling fee.
- Thereafter Registrations cannot be refunded.

Can my organization get a membership, or is the membership for individuals only?

Can I still access MW papers from this year and previous years for free on the website?
Yes, as always, the MW papers archives will remain freely available online.
Does my membership include that year’s MW proceeding book?
Yes, members receive the MW selected proceedings book from that year mailed to their address in addition to their annual membership benefits. You must add your address to your order to receive the book which will print and ship shortly after the conference.
Can I still purchase the book a-la-cart?
Yes, you can order books from this year and any other year’s MW conference online.
What happens if I lose my login credentials?
Your MuseWeb membership login credentials are the same ones you use to login to your MW profile on any site. You can use the “lost password” link to recover your lost password.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Yes.
